Trademarks

According to Article L.711—1 of the French Property Code : "A trademark, commercial mark or service mark is a sign capable of graphic representation serving to distinguish the goods or services of a natural person or a legal entity".

Trademarks are therefore industrial property rights consisting of a recognizable sign affixed to a product or used with a product or service, the aim of which is to distinguish between similar goods or services offered by competitors.
