LLR and INNOVINCIA are registered in France as Industrial Property Attorneys with the INPI.

Industrial property attorneys are members of the Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (CNCPI) and are subject to the ethical rules of the profession set out in the internal regulations of the CNCPI and in the French Intellectual Property Code (Chapter II: Conditions of practice of the profession of industrial property attorney – Articles L422-1 to L422-13).

Purpose of processing:
The processing of personal data is intended for the management of the relationship with customers, prospects, suppliers and all other contacts of LLR. LLR ensures that the processing of data is strictly limited to what is legitimately necessary in the context of its activity.

The legal basis for the processing is :

– In the mandate and/or contract between LLR and its customers and suppliers, or
– In the legal requirement attached to the performance of certain acts on behalf of its customers, or
